These terms cover your use of the Beels Technologies website at beelstechnologies.com. The site is a simple, static informational website. It has no accounts, no logins, no forms, and no store. Our individual products each have their own separate terms and privacy policy that cover the data those products handle.

“Beels Technologies” and our product names, including Conditions.Site, CaseWork Pro, and Locus AI, are trademarks of Beels Technologies. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you without our permission.

The Site may link to other websites that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, and that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply once you leave ours.
5. Products have their own separate terms
These terms cover only the Site. They do not cover our software products.
Each product, including Conditions.Site, CaseWork Pro, and Locus AI, has its own terms of service and privacy policy that describe how that product works and how it handles data. Those documents, not these, govern your use of the products themselves.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Information on the Site may be out of date, and we may change or take down the Site at any time without notice. You rely on the Site at your own discretion and risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Beels Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
The Site is free to use and collects essentially nothing from you (see our Privacy Policy). If a court finds we are liable despite the above, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
