Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This privacy policy covers the Beels Technologies website at beelstechnologies.com. It is a static informational website. It has no accounts, no logins, no forms, no payments, and no advertising trackers. We measure traffic with a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool that collects only anonymous, aggregate statistics; it cannot identify you. In plain terms: the site does not collect personal information about you. The only way to share personal information with us through this site is if you choose to email us using the contact link. This policy explains the little that happens when you visit, and who handles it. It does not cover our individual products, which each have their own separate privacy policies.

Overview and Scope (Website Only)

This policy applies only to the Beels Technologies website at beelstechnologies.com. It does not cover our software products.

Beels Technologies is an independent software studio. This website exists to share information about the company and its work. It is a static site, meaning the pages are simply delivered to your browser. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log into.

Our products (for example, Conditions.Site, CaseWork Pro, and Locus AI) are separate from this website. Each product handles data on its own terms and has its own separate privacy policy. This document does not describe how those products work or what data they handle. Products are in development, and availability is not guaranteed.

Information We Collect

Through the website itself, we collect essentially nothing. There are no accounts, no login, no forms, no shopping cart, and no payment processing on this site. We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details.

There are three narrow exceptions:

  • Anonymous, aggregate visit statistics. We use Counterscale, a self-hosted analytics tool that runs in our own Cloudflare account, to count page views. It is cookieless and records only non-identifying technical details about a visit, such as the page viewed, the referring site, browser and device type, and country. It does not store your IP address, does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you across other sites. See “Cookies and Tracking” below.
  • Email you send us. The only contact method on the site is an email link. If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you put in that message: your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. You share this only because you decided to write to us.
  • Server and CDN request logs. Like nearly every website, ours is delivered through a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs of incoming requests. These logs can include your IP address, your browser’s user agent string, and timestamps. See the sections below on third parties and on how we use information for details.

How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above for three purposes only:

  • To respond to inquiries. If you email us, we use your message and your email address to read and reply to you.
  • For security and reliability. Standard server and CDN request logs are used to keep the site running, to protect it against abuse, and to diagnose technical problems.
  • To understand site traffic in aggregate. Anonymous statistics from our self-hosted analytics tool tell us things like which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from, so we know what’s useful. These statistics describe traffic as a whole, not individual people.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising trackers on it.

Cookies and Tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own.

For traffic measurement we use Counterscale, an open-source, self-hosted analytics tool that runs inside our own Cloudflare account, so the data never goes to a third-party analytics company. It is deliberately minimal: no cookies, no stored IP addresses, no device fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, and no behavioral profiling. It records anonymous, aggregate facts about visits (page viewed, referring site, browser and device type, country) so we can see how the site is used overall. It cannot identify you personally.

Beyond that, we do not run advertising trackers, third-party embeds, or third-party web fonts on the site. There is no advertising pixel and no behavioral profiling.

Because the site is delivered through a hosting and content-delivery provider (see below), that provider may use technical measures at the network level to keep the site secure and available. Those measures are part of standard hosting and abuse prevention, not marketing or ad tracking by us.

The one thing the site does keep is a display preference: if you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to us, and it is not used to identify or track you. You can clear it any time from your browser.

Third Parties and Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare delivers our pages to your browser and acts as our service provider (a data processor) for the site.

As part of hosting and delivering the site, Cloudflare may process standard server and CDN request logs, which can include your IP address, user agent, and timestamps. Cloudflare processes this information for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Cloudflare handles this data under its own terms as our provider.

Our analytics (Counterscale, described above) also runs on Cloudflare, inside our own account. The aggregate statistics it produces stay in our Cloudflare account and are not shared with or sold to anyone.

If you email us, your message travels through and is stored by the email service we use to receive and send mail. Aside from these hosting and email providers, we do not share website information with third parties, and we do not sell it.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as we have a reason to.

  • Emails you send us are kept as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and for our ordinary records, and then are deleted or discarded in the normal course.
  • Server and CDN request logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period, according to that provider’s practices, and are used for security and reliability rather than long-term storage by us.
  • Aggregate analytics statistics are anonymous from the moment they are collected and are kept for a limited rolling window in our Cloudflare account.

If you want us to delete an email you sent us, you can ask (see below).

Your Choices and Rights

Because the site collects so little, your choices are simple.

  • You can browse the site without giving us any personal information.
  • You only share personal information with us if you choose to email us.

If you have emailed us and want to know what we hold, or want it corrected or deleted, email us and we will do our best to honor the request. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to ask that we not sell it. We do not sell personal information.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the email address below.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

Because the site has no accounts and no forms, there is no way for a child to submit personal information to us through the site itself. If a child emails us, we treat that message the same way we treat any email and will delete it on request. If you believe a child has sent us personal information and you would like it removed, please contact us.

Each Product Has Its Own Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website only.

Our individual products are separate from this website and handle data on their own terms. Each product has its own privacy policy and terms that describe what data it handles and how. If you use one of our products, please review that product’s own privacy policy, which applies to your use of the product rather than this policy.

Products are in development, and availability is not guaranteed.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if our hosting arrangements change or to make the wording clearer.

When we make a change, we will post the updated policy on this page. Your use of the website after an update means the updated policy applies. We encourage you to review this page when you visit.

Governing Law

This policy and any dispute relating to the website are governed by the laws of the State of California, in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
